Interior visualisations for the penthouse collection within Kokoda's landmark mixed-use Malvern precinct with architecture by Jackson Clements Burrows and interiors by Carr.
Brief
Translate a highly curated interior design language into penthouse imagery that communicates a specific lifestyle proposition to a high-end residential audience.
Process
Material and lighting systems built in 3ds Max and V-Ray to accurately reflect Carr's design intent, with each decision considered in terms of how it would read to the end audience. Iterated on composition, tone and spatial hierarchy to ensure the visuals communicated clearly and consistently across the collection. Post-production in Photoshop refined contrast, depth and atmosphere to sharpen the overall visual narrative.
Outcome
A cohesive suite of visuals that successfully conveyed a complex design language to a non-technical audience, demonstrating an ability to translate detailed briefs into clear, considered and compelling visual communication.
